Our chatbot is able to answer in 100+ FAQ topics and navigate the user to the right page connected to reservations, prices. We used filters for answers that vary from hotel to hotel – the answer depends on what website the user uses to access the chatbot.

This generates great traffic between the different hotel sites, landing pages, and also the chatbot. Live chat feature is available too.
