We are looking for a skilled IT Manager to join our community as a CHEQ Technical Product Manager delivering our strategic priorities for our flagship product: CHEQ.

We want someone who wants to work with passion, dedication and discipline, someone who is able to translate the strategic plans to actionable development roadmaps to ensure the development of the CHEQ to be a successful state-of-the-art product.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Your main responsibility is to bring the CHEQ to the next level and bring quality into the delivery and teamwork! Product focus with stable IT skills.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Cooperates closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
  • Provides backlog and release management, handles build, deploy, test, monitor
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Develop user stories, test stories and define acceptance criteria. Set sprint goals.
  • Follows the progress of work and address production issues during sprints
  • Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap
    Holding the teams to the highest standards, project discipline and accountability
  • Continuously improving the technical delivery model and strategy, implementing and managing delivery with the associated teams.
  • Communicate effectively with team members with stakeholders, partners, key customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems,
  • Inform, teach, analyze the datas of customers to help the higher level of use
  • Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way
  • Identify appropriate resolution to achieve client satisfaction in a timely manner

SOME FURTHER EXPECTATIONS/SKILLS

  • DevOps mindset
  • Be able to write SQL queries!
  • Be able Read and understand errorlogs.
  • Be able to use Linux on basic level
  • Ability to translate the strategic plans to actionable development roadmaps
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to identify problems, to mediate issues, to develop solutions, and to implement an appropriate course of action.
  • Minimum two years of IT Project or Product Management or
  • Tech team lead experience
  • Experience in using Agile Development methodology (scrum, XP).
  • DevOps experience or studies is an advantage
  • Conversational English Language
  • CI / CD flow, tools and usage of confluence, jira, git, gitflow is an advantage

  • Develop and maintenance our chatbot framework for chat platforms like Facebook, Viber, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Technical operations including troubleshooting and software configuration
  • Working in agile team

EXPECTATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in Java / JEE
  • Strong Spring framework knwowledge
  • Experience in/with:
    • REST based web services (Server and Client)
    • writing SQL queries
    • version control system
    • IDE
    • application server
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to nail down tricky problems
  • DevOps (CI) skills for personal environment management
  • Constructivity in identifying and solving technical problems

GOOD TO HAVE

  • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, VueJS, PostgreSQL, Tomcat, git, Eclipse
  • Interest in language morphologic processing, machine learning, neural network
  • Experience working with software development lifecycle including ticketing systems (JIRA) and collaboration tools (CONFLUENCE)
  • Agile, Scrum experience

  • Language: English (Written)
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter> Install and configure software and hardware
  • Manage network servers, printers, scanners and technology tools
  • Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
  • Set up accounts and workstations
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution with new releases and models
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
  • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

EXPECTATIONS

  • At least secondary level education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 1+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
  • Unix (Linux) Knowledge
  • Virtualisation
  • User Support
  • IT Network SOHO knowledge
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least communication level English language knowledge is a must, in order to support foreign employees
  • BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
  • DevOps Experience is an advantage
  • Required language level: English – intermediate / communication

YOUR TASK WILL BE:

  1. Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities
  2. Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
  3. Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
  4. Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
  5. Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
  6. Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.

WHAT IS NECCESSARY TO FILL THE POSITION:

  1. You should know what scrum methodology means.
  2. 2-3 years of experience as an IT project manager (likely dev or ops).
  3. Good programming language knowledge.
  4. General database knowledge.
  5. Good organizing and communication skills.

WHAT IS AN ADVANTAGE TO FILL THE POSITION:

  1. If you have already worked as a Delivery Manager.
