“Alíz” the chatbot is both an FAQ bot and an educational bot at the same time. At the beginning of the conversation, you can choose if you are a doctor or a patient. As a doctor, you can subscribe to the latest alerts, and since IMS deals with the sale of medical instruments, you have the opportunity to inquire about them.

The chatbot provides instructional videos/information via videos and navigates to the appropriate website. You can also contact the chatbot in case of a device failure. In case of an IMS membership request, the bot will send the pdf document to be filled out. As a patient, you can also subscribe to the news, inquire about many types of medical care, papers you need for them, and information about the medical devices they sell. For these questions, the chatbot responds with informative pictures and video messages.
