The chatbot enables corporate direct mass communications, answers frequently asked questions, handles vacation requests, pay-roll and shift queries.
The Live Chat option is also available. The application is inetgrated withing the corporate’s HRP system trhough SAP. It ensures the monitorization of the communication and follow-ups: push notification, alerts, surveys. Employees are able to find the canteen menu of their own subsidiary, the regularly updated corporate bus schedule (30 bus), and employee dedicated coupons, which can be used in different stores – all these at one place.
