• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter> Install and configure software and hardware
  • Manage network servers, printers, scanners and technology tools
  • Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
  • Set up accounts and workstations
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution with new releases and models
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
  • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies


  • At least secondary level education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 1+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
  • Unix (Linux) Knowledge
  • Virtualisation
  • User Support
  • IT Network SOHO knowledge
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least communication level English language knowledge is a must, in order to support foreign employees
  • BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
  • DevOps Experience is an advantage
  • Required language level: English – intermediate / communication
